Return & Refund Policy – GILT Coffee

At GILT Coffee, we take great care to ensure every order is roasted, packed, and delivered to the highest standard.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns on coffee once the bag has been opened. Coffee is a perishable product and cannot be resold once opened.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@gilt.coffee with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy for non-perishable items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@gilt.coffee. Returns must be approved before being sent back to us.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened coffee bags
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to contact us so we can arrange a replacement where applicable.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have reviewed your return request and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
